On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom (shower, sink and WC). Household linen not provided, pets not allowed, no smoking, cleaning to be carried out at the end of your stay. Possibility to rent an underground parking space in a secure residence for 47 euros per week or paid parking in the street from 01/04 to 30/09. Including charges.

ATTENTION
Intérieur de la villa très jolie et bien décorée,les deux seuls points négatif : le stationnement pour décharger les bagages( interdiction de circuler en zone piétonne ) et la villa jumelée avec un bar qui à l'autorisation de mettre leur musique de 21H00 à 1h00 du matin.Je conseil de louer cette location à des jeunes aimant faire la fête. Je remercie Mme Christel Saunier du cabinet Delahaye immobilier pour sa gentillesse lors de notre arrivé et départ.Abritel devrait bien spécifier sur son annonce la situation de se bien pour éviter que des couples avec enfants en bas âges ne le loue.
