This condominium offers residents a veritable wildlife parade each day. It overlooks a sloth conservation reserve managed by The Sloth Institute of Costa Rica. The cecropia tree right off the balcony is regularly visited by foraging three-toed sloths. Huge iguanas can be spotted in the trees. Squirrel, capuchin and howler monkeys are common visitors, with an occasional monkey passing through the balcony itself! Spectacular scarlet macaws, which are being reintroduced to Manuel Antonio, come by often, sometimes landing on Condo Paraiso. Toucans and a plethora of beautiful song birds are often seen.
