Casa Tucan #4, bed, sofabed, kitchenette

Casa Tucan is a beautiful, modern and cozy loft located in Manuel Antonio. Less than 10 minutes from Manuel Antonio national Park. Airconditioned loft with a queen bed and sofa bed to comfortably sleep up to 4 adults. Kitchen fully furnished, gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and everything you need to prepare a good diner. You can see toucans, monkeys, macaws and many other fauna from the balcony. Near by you can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, tours and many other attractions.

The space
The property is located in a secluded and very quiet neighborhood. The building has four units with a balcony looking to the mountain. Has a free private parking with security cameras. Each unit is an open floor with a queen bed and a sofa bed. There is WIFI internet with 100 MB speed and a 42" Smart TV loaded with several apps (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO, etc.) where you can use your subscriptions. There is a three panel door to the balcony.

Guest access
In Manuel Antonio all streets are very narrow and our location is not the exception, just drive carefully. Calle Bravo is not in optimal conditions but my sedan can handle very well.

You can park your car in the designated spot base on the unit number you have booked (1,2,3, or 4)

Other things to note
We are located 2km from the main road to Manuel Antonio, the last 500mtrs is a dirt road. The public transportation is on the main road to Manuel Antonio but taxi service is available as well from-to our place. Ride share services are not available.

We offer a Laundry Service for a fee. A $20 service fee for about 5 kg, each addition kg is $4

For long stays more than a week we also offer a free cleaning each week.

Enjoyed
Came in town to handle property business for family. This rental was a bit off the path for us. But none the less it was beautiful, clean, we felt safe and the owner was very informative. The cleaners were very nice as well. We saw many monkeys playing in the trees. Highly recommend this rental.

Macaw Heaven!
We were super pleased with all the amenities and the location is very close to the beach and restaurants. We were visited by a pair of scarlet macaws every day! We would sit and stare out the windows and just watch them for hours, absolutely the highlight of our entire trip. Over 2 1/2 weeks we stayed at 6 different locations and this was by far our favorite. If we ever come back to Costa Rica this place will absolutely be booked.
