La Casa Roja - Pool, Walk to Beach & Restaurants

La Casa Roja's uniqueness lies in its ability to offer an open concept view of the Costa Rican jungle and its wildlife while maintaining complete privacy. Casa Roja is a two bedroom two and half bath private jungle home located in Manuel Antonio. Casa Roja features a private swimming pool and lush gardens. On the top floor you will find the main living area including the living room, dining area, kitchen and half bath. On the lower level you will find the master bedroom featuring a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also located here and it features a queen size bed and and ensuite bathroom. There is also a futon in the open area of the house. The lower level of the home is where the private swimming pool is located.

Although all the common space is primarily open air, the exterior door to Casa Roja is secured with keyless entry and a dead bolt lock and the rear of the home is gated with a lock. The front of the home is completely walled, with no access to the back or side of the house from the street. Additionally, both bedrooms are fully contained and also secured with locks while the entire home is protected with a security system for those who choose to use it.

Location is everything! From La Casa Roja, you can walk to the beach (10-15 mins down the hill), while restaurants, shops, bars, groceries and more are within a 5-10 min walk.
