Our room was not ready at 5:30pm. Our bathroom started to flood because of the jacuzzi next door: warm water and dirt. This happened 11:55 on New Year`s eve. The main desk was empty and the people in charge of security were ... in no condition to help. The only one was a guy working at the party. They didn`t tell us the party was the only way to have dinner so...you can imagine my start of the year. This hotel is too expensive for what it offers. Avoid staying here.

No internet Restaurant is poorly maintained. Air conditioning they have to change 3 rooms. Even the last one doesn't work. I was tired of moving to 4 th one. Not sure how this hotel is even rated with out basic stuff. I am the only guest in entire hotel. That tells most of it.

The hotel is far away from Tequisquiapan and Bernal (Peña de Bernal). The hacienda photos in the web show more than reality. Food is bad, with no good taste. I will not come back to hacienda tres vidas even though the personal attention was good.

Um lugar super tranquilo para descansar. A propriedade é toda decotada com móveis e adornos do século XVI, o que nos faz transportar para esta época. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todo o pessoal. É perfeito para quem precisa levar o Pet, pois tem muito espaço para ele correr e brincar. A única coisa que não gostei foi o restaurante, que não tem cardápio, não tem opções e as poucas que tem achei muito caro. Também não tem frigobar no quarto. Mas o centro de Tequiquiaspan está a apenas 13 quilômetros e tem uma boa variedade de restaurantes a um bom preço. Tirando esses detalhes, o demais foi perfeito e descansamos muito.

La instalaciones del hotel sobre todo la parte principal muy bonitas. La alberca sucia, el personal es muy amable pero insuficiente para la capacidad de huespedes que puede manejar el hotel. Lo mismo aplica para el restaurante. El internet no sirve

En general bien ya que las instalaciones principales son bonitas y en recepción y la chica del spa amables. Solo los muebles un poco viejos que igual va con la temática del hotel pero si debía ser más funcional. Las almohadas bastante duras. La iluminación del cuarto escasa. En el restaurante no tenían todo el menú y bastante caro en relación costo calidad ya que estaba desabrido.
