I arrived around midnight at parking lot. Nobody attended my call. After 10 minutes I went to front desk and the way on charge was slipping.

El servicio es excelente. Las instalaciones también. Lo único malo es que lo vendan también como balneario y los fines de semana la alberca se llena porque dejan entrar gente que no no se hospeda en el hotel y solo lo usan como balneario cuando la alberca es muy pequeña

Aprovechar el momento de limpieza
El hotel, el servicio y las instalaciones son excelentes, tuvimos un evento y se nos complicó que pudieran hacer la limpieza ya que nos estábamos enlistando, salimos a las 14:00 horas, esperando que limpiaran la habitación pero ya no lo hicieron, entiendo que para eso hay un horario, no es queja, solo considerarlo si tienes algún tema así
