Hotel is in location undergoing heavy construction which is a minus, none the less the hotel perse is modern, yet basic. Connected to commercial area (TOKS, Starbucks, Oxxo, BBVA, Gym, among other restaurants) has great/safe parking.

The staff are amazing people, eg: The Reception staff, Rosa in Housekeeping and Gerado, el Meseto....its spotless, great showers and everything you would want in a room. Simple and perfect! Al ser un hotel nuevo está en excelentes condiciones: -Vista panorámica -Cama muy confortable -Muy buena presión de agua en regadera -Eleccion de ventanas que no se escuchan ruidos del exterior (enfrente del hotel se están llevando a cabo trabajos de obra civil, incluso de noche y no se escucha en la habitación) -En especial un reconocimiento a Jonathan, encargado general de cocina (desayunos), excelente atención personalizada, riquisimo sazon.....

The convenient part was to have stores and restaurants in the same building or plaza. Also there is free parking available and security staff. The inconvenience is that is next to the highway and sometimes you can hear trucks at night. Also, there was a road construction at the time and there was a lot of traffic around the location making it not desirable to go out to avoid traffic even when I wanted to go out. But overall the hotel was a good and comfortable place to stay.
