Relax by observing the peninsula from the loggia of our apartment, located on the 5th floor of a building in a quiet residence, a few meters from the Grande Plage of Quiberon.

Our apartment is perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children with its living room, adjoining kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and separate toilet.

The loggia of 6m2 will allow you to spend lunches or peaceful moments observing the sea on each side of the table.

A parking space is dedicated to you and not numbered.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and accessorized: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, refrigerator 1 door with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, food processor, fruit service sea…

Nous avons été tres bien accueilli. Nous sommes arrivés avant lheure d'accueil et notre hote a accepté davancer l'heure. Appartement très propre et malgres que ça soit dans un immeuble, nous avons une tres belle vue sur la mer. La litterie du canapé n'est pas la meilleure par contre. Sinon tres bon emplacement tout proche du casino et centre ville de quiberon.

L'appartement est fonctionnel, pas mal placé et la vue est top. Cependant, le suivi agence est assez léger (un exemple : on s'est un peu battu pour récupérer les draps alors qu'on avait pris l'option lits préparés) et la propreté de l'appartement assez moyenne on va dire (par exemple poussière sur les meubles et douche pas nickel à notre arrivée).

Assez proche de la mer et du centre pour se passer de la voiture. Être au 5ème étage, permet d’apercevoir la mer par dessus les arbres, depuis la loggia vitrée.
