This property is recently renovated! You will enjoy a clean, comfortable and relaxing home. Located right next door to Pointe D'Vine Wedding Venue & Vineyard, which has a tasting room. The cottage overlooks the Mississippi River valley which has beautiful autumn colors. Three bedrooms, one bath home with spacious open floor plan, all on one level.1300 sq feet that comfortably fits 4 adults and 2 children. We chose calming colors to compliment the natural tones of the space, in a modern chic style.

Peaceful Setting
The house was immaculate- loved the view to the woods outside the back windows. Had all of the conveniences we needed. Very convenient to Hannibal where we attended a memorial service for family member. I would highly recommend!

Amazing House!
Cute, clean & cozy little house tucked up on a hill backing up to a tree line and overlooks farmland. This location was quiet and peaceful but close enough to experience everything Quincy has to offer. My husband, son and myself really enjoyed this house while in town for our nephew’s birthday. The house had everything we needed for a weekend with our family. Our 3.5 yr old son LOVED the giant trees (especially the one with the giant hole in it! lol), looking for all the squirrels, pinecones and sticks. We will definitely be using this as our go-to rental in Quincy every year! Thanks for a great experience!

Our family of 4 needed a stopover place on our way to visit family. This beautiful home was the ideal place. It was immaculate, well appointed, beautifully decorated, comfortable and private. There are peaceful forest and farm views out of every window. We will definitely choose this property again when our travels bring us back.

Quiet Get-away
We enjoyed the quiet and comfortable accommodations at the Cottage. We had everything we needed for a short get-away vacation. The Cottage is clean, well appointed, comfortable and conveniently located near Quincy. All the furnishings are first-rate, and the Cottage is tastefully decorated. There are lots of interesting sites in Quincy to keep you busy, and numerous pamphlets at the Cottage to help you plan your days. We would definitely stay again the next time we are visiting the area.

Nice, Quiet, and Clean
My best friend and I stayed for our anual Halloween trip and it was wonderful. We wanted a quiet retreat this year and this rental delivered. The entire area is rural and quiet but within reasonable driving distace to both Hannibal and Quincy. I will say that it was hard to find anything open on Monday so if we are in the area again on a Monday we will plan better. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful yard with big trees, conveniently located to Hannibal MO and Quincy IL. My grand daughter got married at Point Divine and this was so close. Nice kitchen, nice seating outside.

Get Retreat
We had family visiting from Michigan and they had never done the sights in Hannibal. We did trolley tour, cave and river boat dinner cruise. Great fun! But it was even made more enjoyable to drive the short distance from there to spend the night in this charming, immaculate, well-organized little home. We loved it and will be back!
