The land is green, well-scented, full of birdsong and the terrace will let you enjoy a carefree outdoor vacation life. Especially in the evenings when you have a barbecue. The annex on the other side of the terrace is also available for guests. The vacation home offers space for two families. Rab has many beautiful beaches, to Lopar it is 10 minutes by car. The island is sunny and promises up to 10 hours of sunshine a day in the high season.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung und nur wenigen Defiziten
Ruhig gelegen, ein großer Garten, in dem die Kinder herumtollen können, eine herrliche Terrasse mit Weinlaub und Außendusche - so begrüßte uns das Ferienhaus. Die Vermieterin erlebten wir als sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Der Außenbereich wie auch die Fassade des Hauses mitsamt Fenstern ist renoviert und neuwertig. Innen spürt man das Alter des Hauses, die Einrichtung ist aber in gutem Zustand und mit Liebe zum Detail. An Küchengeräten bis hin zum Bügeleisen fehlt es an nichts, nur leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine. Die Raumaufteilung ist speziell: Im 1. Stock ist ein normales Doppelzimmer. Das zweite, schönste Schlafzimmer des Hauses ist jedoch zum Erdgeschoss hin offen und ist zugleich das Durchgangszimmer zum besagten normalen Doppelzimmer. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist (mit seinem eigenen Badezimmer) nicht mit dem Rest des Hauses verbunden, sondern nur über die Terrasse zugänglich. Für unsere Familienkonstellation war dies jedoch kein Problem. Leider roch es (wahrscheinlich abhängig vom Wetter) manchmal unangenehm aus dem Badezimmer. Übrigens gibt es kein Wohnzimmer, allerdings steht in der Küche ein Sessel, der uns dieses hinreichend ersetzt hat. Dank des guten Wetters haben wir uns ohnehin fast nur im Außenbereich aufgehalten. Für uns haben die vielen positiven Aspekte deutlich überwogen, sodass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben und uns vorstellen könnten, wiederzukommen.
