Appartamento La Nave is a basic but cozy holiday home with terrace and amazing view on the sea in Torre Suda. The apartment accommodates up to 7 guests and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, tv, mosquito nets on windows. In the shared garden there is the parking area, an outdoor shower and the barbecue.

apartment is introduced by an outdoor area where it is possible to park
the car. Moreover, there is a small porch. The basic and cozy apartment
is ideal for a holiday by the sea with family or friends.
The corridor with air conditioning leads to the 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed. Moreover there is the living room with double sofa bed, dining area and tv.
From the living room you arrive at the well-equipped kitchen and the full bathroom. At the back of the apartment there is a porch with
outdoor dining area and view on the sea. On the terrace there is a
wooden divider which separates this area from the outdoor area of the
adjacent apartment.
From the porch you arrive at the terrace with view on the sea and beach beds with umbrella. (The parking area and the terrace with sea view are shared with two other units).

The holiday home for 7 guests is in Torre Suda, near Racale.
Its rocky coast is accessible and there are beach establishments ideal
if you want to relax. Torre Suda, during Summer, is lively and welcoming
and with many tourist services.
The apartment is a few kilometers away from Gallipoli (12 km) and the beaches of Baia Verde (Lido Pizzo and Punta della Suina are 7 kilometers away). Torre San Giovanni, famous seaside location near Ugento, is 8 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
