This 930 square foot condo is located on the third floor of Sable Ridge with heated underground parking stall and elevator access. This beautiful unit has an open concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all the essentials. The comfortable living room offers TV with access to cable and WIFI to curl up and enjoy around the gorgeous gas fireplace. It has 2 bedrooms with walk through closets and 2 full bathrooms attached to each bedroom. The small den has been furnished with a single bed, to ensure the entire family is comfortable. The unit’s private balcony has beautiful views of the mountains and has its own barbecue and chairs. In addition, you will be able to enjoy access to the resort's many shared amenities, including a seasonal heated pool (mid May to September) and year round hot tub.
