Enjoy stunning ocean views from the deck as you sip, or wander down the lawn to the water's edge and swim, kayak, or fish from the private jetty.

As there is a section of the deck where the barrier is under 1 metre, all guests should take care when using this area due to the risk of falls.As the property has unfenced access to the water, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.There is no internal access between the main house and the sleepout (Bedroom 3). The sleepout is accessed via the external stairs only as shown in the photos.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
