This was probably the dirtiest comfort suites I have stayed in. The smell alone left something to be desired. The sheets had to be changed and I was told that I had to change them myself. Twice! The first set of sheets they gave me had hair on them and they were the wrong size. The man at the front never put his phone down anytime I went to speak with him. They also tried to charge me for my service dog! I would not even stay for my full booking it was so bad. Expedia stated that they tried to contact the property for a refund and they would not respond. So now I'm stuck paying for a room that I didn't even stay in and was miserable the one night I did stay. I do not recommend staying here at all!

The front desk agent was missing for 40 minutes. Upon checking it I had four people waiting to check in. The television are old and the room had an odor. And only one elevator worked so the elevator wait times were tremendously long .

Our stay was great! Front staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out process was smooth and super quick! We came in just for a quick trip with 4 kids and 2 dogs and the room had plenty of space and was clean. We’ve stayed in other “pet-friendly” hotels and this one has been by far the best. Pet fees were not outlandish and the room didn’t have any pet odor. I’m sure we’ll be back!

It was good for the one night that we stayed. The bathroom was huge with a lot of counter space. Also had a mini fridge and microwave. One of the elevator was out of order and took forever. We ended up taking the stairs and the stair railing area was not clean and did not smell good.

We booked this on a whim and based upon other reviews. I am happy to report they did not disappoint. the rooms where vary spacious and clean. The staff were amazing and assisted us in anyway that we may have needed. The location was amazing. very easy to get in and out of. and right off i40 which was even better. it was very close to food and to the Walmart for a few last Minuit things. We will most defiantly be booking here again on our next trip to NC.
