Other things to note:
We call the upstairs living area the "tiny penthouse" as it has 6'7 ceilings. One of the bedrooms (the long one) has slightly lower ceilings that slant down with the roof. We recommend guests 6'2 and taller stay in the downstairs bedrooms.
The home is recently renovated and is in a neighborhood going through gentrification with many homes that are recently renovated. The immediate neighbor's property is unoccupied as it is for sale and appears as it has been vacant for years.
