The staff was very professional and courteous. However, the room was terrible. Lumpy beds, the A/C kept raging on and off and it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. The hotel is very outdated and in need of a major renovation. Would not recommend this property to anyone and they ratings on-line are very deceiving.

Someone stole my Nike coaches jacket out of my room. Thought maybe I misplaced but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t there after House Keeping placed a steamer (requested) in my room with the do not disturb sign on the door. Thought it was strange that they entered the room anyway. Didn’t want to complain at the time because I wasn’t sure. Now that I’m back home I pretty sure someone took the jacket from my room.

My friends and I we were coming from Charlotte and we were looking for a good deal stay ! Staff is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food in the bar/restaurant is surprisingly good for a hotel. In fact, we stayed 6 days while we were vendors at the Raleigh State Fair, and we intentionally ate there all 6 days as the food and service were that good!
