Great property, staff and overall stay! Love the location. Convenient for dining, shopping and access to downtown Raleigh & Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Also loved the ease of parking (parking garage) and as always, happy hour with 2 free beverages from the bar!

Hotel did not have the room described in reservation. Online says two queen beds but front desk claimed those don’t exist. Only kings with pull out couches. Not suitable for more than 2 people that like to share a bed. Not a good choice for sports travel with teammates sharing rooms.

Unhappy with "who owns it"
I booked thru Hotels.com, a two- queen bed suite, however they gave me a suite with a king and a pull out couch.. That was frustrating, they didn't have one to switch and told me since I booked thru 3rd party, I should have called the hotel directly once i made the original reservation.... HUH?? SO, not sure if I should blame Hotels.com or Embassy Suites.. but either way, I did not sleep well on a fold out for 3 nights.. Perhaps Hotels.com can give me a credit on my account? I prefer using Hotels.com, but hate that I then need to call hotel to "make sure" what I reserve, is actually reserved???

Staff - is great. Friendly, helpful, great attitude. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. The suite was larger than my first couple of apartments. Comfortable. Restaurant - dinner was simple but absolutely delicious. The burger should be labeled gourmet. Made to order omelettes and breakfast buffet were also delicious.

Great stay. Nice, clean, and comfortable. The living room area was quite loud with the voices of the lounge area below carrying up through the courtyard but the bedroom area was nice and quiet. The breakfast was top notch and service was great!
