After an extremely long travel day, I was received with the warmest welcome at the front desk. Truly one of the better hotel reception experiences I've had. The room was comfortable, and the workers at breakfast very friendly too. Highly recommend!

Excellent!
Due to car trouble, we made a last second, unexpected stop at the Embassy Suites. It worked out perfectly! Our kids could swim to pass the time, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the spacious suite was just what we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well! Our stop certainly wasn’t planned, but the Embassy Suites made up for the hiccup in our vacation travel.

After the fiasco of checking in from my previous feedback, when I went out to my car after check out, my car had been broken into. No damage and a Louis Vuitton wallet with nothing in it was stolen.

When we got there to check in, they told me someone in my would-be room extended so they were going to send me 15 min up the road to another hotel. Then I was the one that had to bring up a double since there were no kings available anymore and THEN they found one. They could’ve led with that instead of trying to send me to another Hilton that would’ve been farther away from the arena we were trying to be close to. Internet has not worked since I got here last night.
