Outdated and old. Needs all carpets replaced, doors painted and ventilation installed in bathrooms. Need more vegan choices for breakfast. Need more recycling. Good staff in general except some need extra training on informing guests of hotel amenities.

Front desk staff was very personable and welcoming. Allowed pets which was a huge plus! The carpet in the room needed a thorough cleaning. Breakfast was decent. The hallway and rooms need a little TLC and updating and again carpets a thorough scrubbing! Overall would stay again if needed.

Despite a fully prepaid reservation the front desk mentioned close to midnight at check in that there were no rooms available in a totally indifferent and unprofessional manner and made no real attempt to help or sort out a solution. After my objections as an Hilton Honors member and being vocal about a full payment made and demands to talk to a manager a room was MADE available!!!! Bad service, poor hospitality service!!
