After a very long delayed flight, my son and I got to the hotel around midnight. I did let the hotel know we were delayed before our flight took off. The person at the front desk was fine, gave us our room and we went there. When we opened the door it was a king room not a 2 queen room as what I reserved for. When I called him he said that when you book through a 3rd party, i.e. Expedia, the room type is not guarenteed. This was highly disappointing as they did not have any 2 queen rooms left. I was too tired to argue and we were fine, but not happy about it, many people book through a 3rd party. Bed was ok, a little soft.
