This hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the beds are comfortable. However, a good night’s sleep is practically impossible to have at this hotel. First, there are no black out curtains on the windows so all the light from the parking lot fills the room all night long. Additionally, there does not seem to be anyone at the front desk throughout the night. At 2:30 am there were two people right outside the front lobby doors talking and yelling very loudly with another person sitting in a running car. This just happened to be right under our window so the noise woke us up. After listening to the yelling for 1/2 an hour, I tried calling the front desk to ask them to tell the people to keep it down, but there was no answer. We were in town for a high school wrestling tournament and there were many, many teenage boys staying in the hotel which I figured would make the stay a noisy one. Turns out all the boys were extremely well behaved. It was the random adults staying at the hotel that caused the problems. I thought it was very odd not to be able to contact anyone at the property if there were problems in the middle of the night.

I loved the breakfast buffet. It was fantastic. Everything you could want to eat and the coffee was fresh ground for each cup. The server was so sweet and helpful. She was a pleasure to greet each morning. The front desk clerk was very helpful and cheerful. The room was great. Very clean and roomy. Loved the soft bed.

Room was very comfortable. I needed a bathroom that was accessible & it was outfitted perfectly. One drawback was how high the bed was - there wasn't a stool to use. Luckily my husband was with me or I would have had to ask the front desk to help me out.
