The property is not great (elevator smelled like cigarettes, musty, old smell throughout hotel). The rooms are very basic. The toilet in my room didn't work at all. I had let staff know in the morning, but no one came to fix it, then it wasn't until the next day that they moved us to another room. There seems to be little communication between staff members. Their continental breakfast had a minimal amount of items. The coffee in the lobby was cold and the front desk person said to "just microwave it" because they only make fresh coffee when it runs out. It serves it purpose of you're just looking for somewhere cheap to stay. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was decent as well.

Overall this was a great. Breakfast had good choices and everything was kept full and fresh. Bed was comfortable. It is in the flight path of RDU airport so you could hear the jets taking off and landing, but it did quiet down later at night.
