The suite was clean, communication to verify the reservation was great to start; however, once you're in the suite, you cannot get a hold of anyone to assist with any issues.
We stayed here for 3 nights while we're in Durham to tour Duke University.
The pros: location was convenient, the suite was spacious for the three of us, it was clean, and instructions to the property and access to the suite from the property management was clear and precise.
The cons: No wifi. There were instructions inside the suite to a wifi network that did not or no longer exist. I think the instructions were outdated. The bed was extremely squeeky. The walls were thin - we could hear our neighbors. The lighting outside our suite was broken, so it was flickering all evening/night. (The light was immediately outside our bedroom.) We tried the phone number provided to us to address some of the issues, but no one answers the phone. We called a couple of times, and both times we were on hold for about 30 minutes. After holding for about 30 minutes, you get a voicemail to leave a message. We left a message, but no one returned our call.
I would not recommend this place given that you would not be able to get any help if you run into any issues with the property.
