A/C did not work in room. Thermostat was set at 65, temp was reading 75 in the room. Could not have anyone handle it. My husband went down to the from desk overnight and no one was available for over an hour. Both calling from the room and a cell phone, no one answered. He then went down to the front desk, and no one was at the desk, surrounding areas, outside, bathrooms, etc. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard. Check in clerk had no concierge knowledge of local restaurants or things to do. Also didn’t know what was on the menu for the in house restaurant.

The Southern hospitality!!! Greeted with smiles and helpful. Clean is always #1 though I think they could do without that lounge chair in the room which looks pretty old. The water pressure in the shower is great. The sink pressure is really low. We had breakfast here and that was good as well. The outdoor pool area and lobby is beautiful!!
