The location of this property is convenient and the staff is always friendly (we stay here because it is close to Duke University which our children attend). The rooms are always clean, but the hotel is intended to serve families of those in local hospitals. Although the hallways have a "quiet time" - the lack of carpet in hallways does make the place noisy. Also, parking under the building is super tight!

Was a nice, small facility. Room was nice, very clean and i loved the leather recliner. Other guests got up pretty early (between 5 and 6am, walls/door are not very soundproof so i would hear most of them leave their rooms

Extremely convenient to Duke Hospital. Rooms were large and very clean. Hotel staff were accommodating to our needs. Only wish the complimentary coffee in the lobby was not instant coffee.
