Called the front desk to ask if housekeeping could bring me a roll of toilet paper. Was given an attitude and told I had to come to the front desk when it was open. Employees park in handicap parking spaces and NONE of them are handicapped. Drug use was on my hall for sure.

Other guests hanging about were sketch, weird feeling waiting to get checked in and safely inside the room. The hallway smelled like weed and people were yelling and laughing so loud at midnight. Not appreciated when we were on business and needed sleep. The pillows were ridiculously flat, it made no sense and not appreciated when we just needed a good night’s sleep. Positives: Room was clean, minimally furnished, floors did not have carpet, which was a nice change.

The only thing I did not like is that cleaning is done every two weeks! Even though it is extended stay, it should be done weekly since Covid is over.
