Websterbilly Ranch backs to the Cleveland National Forest. Stay in a cozy get away with all the amenities of home. Enjoy the walking trails with fantastic views. Go to the wineries, walk through the antique stores, take a short trek up to historic Julian. There is so much more here than just a room.
The space
Not into the uncomfortableness of tent camping...Try Glamping!! It is like camping with a twist. Nestled on the far northeast end, and approximately 10 miles east of the town of Ramona CA, you will find a haven from civilization. Websterbilly Ranch backs to the Cleveland National Forest and is set back 50 acres from the rest of the world, with endless 280 degree views of Cuyamaca Mountain, El Capitan Reservoir as well as the mountains of Julian. A view of Eagle peak shining in the final sunlight of the day, tops off your relaxing and decompressing stay. At night, forever stars light the sky and you can hear nothing but the nightlife of nature. Websterbilly ranch is also within walking or a short driving distance from Cedar Creek and Mount Gower trailheads. We are 3 miles away from San Vicente Resort if you would like a round of golf or a great restaurant. Only 2 miles away is a world class spa and wellness resort. Close to the fabulous wineries of Ramona and just a jaunt from town, you may find a little nightlife at Mainstage Concert Hall or dinner at the wonderful restaurants of Ramona. Antique malls, thrift shops, additional hiking and more are just a small ride away. Return to your haven to enjoy your luxurious surroundings and relax. We are in a wilderness area, and with that comes wildlife. Proceed at your own risk. Walking trails around property are easily assessable as is the sunset deck to enjoy a beverage of your choice and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Play your hand at horse shoes or disc golf. Walk into a cozy Tent Cabin home with a Queen sized bed, couch coffee maker or French press, a fridge and freezer and cooking items, grill and even a microwave!! We provide basic cooking items as well as pots and pans, foil, baggies, papertowels, kitchen towels, dish soap, etc. . Sit out front in your bistro chairs and enjoy the beverage of your choice while watching the sun set or the moon rise. Once it gets dark, enjoy a warm fire and then retire into your cozy tent with Alexa controlled lights and music. Relax during the day in your velvet Setee whilst reading a book or magazine or just gazing at the beauty that is your view. We can also provide a twin sized floor mattress or queen sized air mattress for the second bed with all linens. Wifi is included but definitely not guaranteed. Equipped with a outhouse with a flushing toilet, light, mirror and oversized sink, you can get your business done while looking at the fantastic view. . Also a hot outdoor shower for keeping the dust off of you. (Please note that the restroom area is a shared space with other campers.) Main suite includes, queen sized bed and two end tables. All linens and some toiletries are provided. Walking trails around property are easily accessible.
Please be aware that this is a tent cabin. It is not an insulated cabin it in a tent but better. Also if it’s supposed to be raining, as with a tent there are some minor leaks. .

Other things to note
Quiet time is from 11pm to 7 in the morning. No loud music, generators, or outdoor lighting during these times. There is a $25 fee for breaking the rule during those hours per day, per occurrence. If you bring a pet, you will have the pet with you at all times. You cannot leave the pet inside the unit, unless kenneled, We have other guests on the property so please be mindful and kind. Please note that the outhouse is a shared space with other campers. You are required to clean up after yourselves after each use. They would like to enjoy the animals and property as well as you. We provide a propane fire pit base upon availability.we are not responsible for issues that are out of our control. For example, power outages, Wi-Fi outages, cable outages, flooding, plumbing problems. We will make every effort to fix any items that may arise, but we will not refund due to issues out of our control. We cannot have open fires at this time. There is a propane fire pit available for your use. Thanks
