Additional rules:
Guests should do the dishes or load the dishwasher and start it before they leave. They should also take all the trash out to the dumpster by the workshop.

They should not wear shoes in the house especially in the bedrooms since there is cream-colored carpet. Please no Gatorade, wine, or other colored drinks in the carpeted areas especially the bedrooms. If there is a stain when the cleaning crew gets there; there will be a charge.

Be respectful of the Villa and surrounding property. Any additional cleaning needed will be at $75 an hour.

● EXTRA GUEST FEE - There will be an additional fee if there are more guests than the number stated on the booking. The fee will be $25 per night per person.

● We have Central A/C and Heating. There are also Woodburning/Gas Fireplaces in the 2 master bedrooms, Family Room, and a Wood Burning Fireplace in the Living Room; that you can use to heat the rooms and are beautiful.
● Fireplaces are for winter only between November and March.
● NO FIRES - Fires of any type outside are not permitted as they are a fire hazard!!
● No drinking with glass containers near the swimming pool.
● There is No Smoking or any drugs of any kind permitted on the property.
● If you see a lock on any cabinets or doors, please leave them closed. You are welcome to use all other items.
● HIGH FIRE AREA! No bonfires or cigarettes anywhere on the property (inside or outside).
● Please use extreme caution when using the BBQ.
● We have placed Fire Extinguishers throughout the property in case of a fire.
● The 6 Bedrooms include the Game Room, and 7 bathrooms include the Pool Bathroom.
● Keep all doors shut or you will have every flying insect known to man as a co-guest!
● We are in Ramona which is wildlife-friendly. Please keep in mind that throughout the property you may find some insects, critters here and there. Please be respectful since it’s their home too.
● Pool Hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Heating for the pool is not available at the moment.
The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday afternoons. There is a net located in the pool area in case there is any debris.
● There is a handicap access ramp all throughout the property to access both levels of the house.
● Renovations: Since this is quite a large property. Please keep in mind that we are constantly updating and renovating the property. We appreciate your understanding.
● Fruit Trees: Please help yourself to our locally grown fruit trees around the property. There are Pink Grapefruit, Limes, Lemons, and Figs. We also have Strawberry trees which have edible fruit. They are ripe when very red and they are only slightly sweet. Have an amazing and relaxing stay at Serenity Mountain Estate!
