Overlooking the only Royal Harbour in the UK, the apartment sits on the East cliff of Ramsgate and is perfectly placed for anyone looking for a seaside getaway. Just a stone’s throw away from some of Ramsgate’s finest eateries, it is ideally located if you want to explore as well as relax.
The construction of the harbour began in 1749 and was completed in around 1850-rich in history and a favourite holiday destination of Queen Victoria in her childhood

The apartment has a key safe entry system. Guests will be issued with the code 24 hours prior to arrival.
The apartment is a ground floor apartment however, the bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs in the lower floor.
We would not recommend this property for anyone who would struggle with stairs or who requires wheelchair access.

Split over two floors, the apartment boasts a large living area which has outstanding sea views along with a view of the harbour area.
The living area leads onto the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you require for a self-catering stay. Here you will find an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.
There is also a large dining table which is perfect for when you are looking to dine in.

On the lower floor is a large master bedroom with a king size bed, TV and desk, a second bedroom which has two single beds along with two luxury bathrooms-the first is a family bathroom with both a bath and shower, basin, toilet, large bathroom mirror with integrated lighting and a heated towel rail and the second is a shower room along with heated towel rail, large bathroom mirror with integrated lighting, basin and toilet.

You will also find the washing machine on the lower floor which is free for our guests to use.

1-if you are driving along the Harbour Parade, take a left at the Royal and then a sharp right onto Albion Hill.
2-if you are driving along Madeira Walk, turn onto Albion Place and then follow the road round onto Albion Hill.

Ramsgate provides a perfect location to explore the surrounding area. In addition to Ramsgate and its Royal Harbour and sandy beaches the other areas of the Kent Riviera are easily accessible. Broadstairs and Margate are 10 minutes by car and the historic town of Canterbury is just 30 minutes away.

This property does not have parking facilities however there is pay and display parking outside the property which is free from 6pm-9am and there are plenty of pay and display long term car parks nearby.
