Welcome to Deerfield - a collaboration between friends and neighbors.
This tiny home on wheels was built on an 8x18 Lucky's Trailer Frame (Vermont Trailer Sales Company) by a gentleman right here in East Randolph, who built it for his daughter when she went to college in an effort to set her up for success by avoiding the outrageous cost to live on campus. This off grid tiny house is complete with a natures head composting toilet (it's not as scary as it sounds), stand up shower (with the highest ceiling that you might expect in a tiny house), three burner stove top, dorm size refrigerator, a futon (that can fold down and can fit two people snuggly), a TV and the smallest dining table and two chairs you ever did see!
The home comes furnished with your basic cooking equipment, sheets, towels a comforter and two sleeping bags for the futon.
The primary sleeping is a full-size bed in the loft, which requires the ladder to access.
The home is situated on 10 acres which you are free to roam. This is a natural setting so making your own trail is not only essential but encouraged! Don't forget about Vermont's Right to Roam (unless you see a posted sign you can keep exploring).
Thank you for looking at our property.
