Just a short walk from your own waterfront area on Rangeley Lake, you'll have easy access to all the lake has to offer, from swimming and kayaking to simply enjoying the serene views.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed with modern amenities and cozy touches. The fully applianced kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and standard coffee maker, opens to the living room and dining area, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The gorgeous stone fireplace, now with a pellet stove insert, is a perfect centerpiece for the living room, where you can relax and enjoy the 65" UHD TV with Roku and Surround Sound. Large glass doors lead from the living area to the open deck, bringing in plenty of natural light and offering stunning views of the lake.

Each of the five bedrooms is equipped with a 47" TV with Roku, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. The home features medical-grade air filtration in every room, SmartHome configuration with Alexa, and high-speed redundant internet, making it both a comfortable and high-tech retreat. The lower level includes a second living room, a workstation with a USB-C docking station, and walkout doors to the lawn area, perfect for kids and adults alike.

Outside, you'll find a large deck with a gas grill, a hot tub, and ample outdoor furniture, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The property includes 100 feet of frontage on Rangeley Lake, a private dock for sitting and picking up guests, and a mooring. Whether you're relaxing by the fire pit, swinging on the outdoor swing, or exploring the lake with the provided kayaks, you'll find plenty of ways to enjoy the great outdoors.
