The apartment is located in a thatched thatched house right on the backwaters in Lieper Winkel, a popular surfing and sailing area. The bathing beach is right on the doorstep. The apartment is at ground level and has a separate entrance. The landlord lives in an apartment in the same house. Parking at the house. In the morning freshly caught fish can be bought directly from the fisherman on the doorstep. A shop for everyday goods is 200 meters away. Bread rolls can be fetched there on advance order. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome and their overnight stay costs € 5 per night.
In addition to visiting the Lilienthal Museum in Anklam, you can walk in the old Hanseatic city of Greifswald in the footsteps of Caspar David Friedrich or visit the museum harbor. You drive to the nearby Baltic Sea in about 30 - 45 minutes.

Ein Ort für Ruhe!
Es ist ein einzigartiger ruhiger und landschaftlich wundervoller Ort. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer der kleinen Wohnung ist unbezahlbar. Die Wohnung war einfach und funktional eingerichtet, genau was wir gesucht hatten. Uns hat es an nicht gefehlt und unser Vermieter Hr. Hermening ist ein äußerst netter Herr und sehr interessanter Gesprächspartner. Wir wären gern länger geblieben und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Es war toll, vielen Dank!

Zeit zum Ausspannen
Die Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf das Achterwasser und den Peenestrom läd zum puren Entspannen und baden ein. Die Lage ist für Surfer und Stand-Uppadler sehr geeignet. Novemberurlaub mit Hund
Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt in Warthe. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar und immer hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen viele Tips, wo man gut Essengehen kann. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, ziemlich nah am Wasser, hier kann man tatsächlich "die Welt vergessen". Ohne Auto ist es etwas schwierig, obwohl in Warthe auch der Bus hält (leider fährt dieser nicht so oft). Auf jeden Fall können wir diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Unser Hund hat sich dort sehr wohlgefühlt, konnte draussen frei laufen (das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt).

Ruhig und Idyllisch
Wir haben uns bei Herrn Hermiling sehr wohl gefühl, er war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns gute Tipps. Die Gegend ist wirklich sehr schön, in der Natur, perfekt um sich zu erholen! Unsere Tochter hat die Warthe genossen und die Wohnung genossen. Gerne wieder!

Ist zu empfehlen, wenn man noch ohne Luxus leben und die wichtigeren Dinge im Leben genießen kann.
Die FeWo war ganz ok, nicht vom neuesten Standart aber alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub so braucht. Auch der Vermieter war sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit, wenn man hier und dort doch noch eine Kleinigkeit benötigte war es nie ein Problem. Wir haben die Freiräume auf dem Gelände und Umgebung sehr genossen, auch unser mitgereister vierbeinige Freund Jack. Als verbesserungswürdig sehen wir den Fussbodenbelag. Alter Teppichboden raus und Laminat rein, schon allein weil die Wohnung auch mit Haustier vermietet wird. Selbst für die Reinigung wäre es vorteilhafter. Alles im Allem war es eine gelungene Auszeit und unser Dank nochmal an den Vermieter Herr Hermeling. Wir kommen gern wieder. LG Fam. Bosse

Hervorragender Aufenthalt
Die idyllische Lage des Hauses sowie die herzlichen Menschen des kleinen Ortes waren für uns beeindruckend. Der sehr freundliche u hilfsbereite Vermieter hat uns die besten Tips für den Urlaub geben können. Somit war unser Aufenthalt ohne Stress und wunderschön. Wir werden auf alle Fälle das Haus weiterempfehlen und selbst wieder dort unseren nächsten Urlaub verbringen.
