This hotel is right on a nice beach. It's clean and better than a basic hotel. I would have like to have breakfast included. Staff was helpful.

Wir waren fast die einzigen GƤste wegen covid19. Alles sehr groƟzĆ¼gig. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach fast zwei Jahren Pause hat noch nicht alles geklappt. Aber immer bemĆ¼ht.

MitelmƤssig schƶn

Es war der zweite Aufenthalt fĆ¼r mich auf Koh Phayam, deshalb habe ich etwas besseres als die BambushĆ¼tten gewƤhlt, in denen ich das letzte Mal Ć¼bernachtet habe. Und es war auch etwas besser, aber nicht sehr viel. Wer Luxus erwartet ist in den Superior Bungalows nicht richtig, es sind einfache HƤuschen, aus Stein gemauert Und mit einem Betonboden auf BetonstĆ¼tzen, es gibt Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und an der TĆ¼r, einen Ventilator und Satelitenempfang an einem alten Rƶhrenfernseher, leider kein deutsches TV, aber deshalb sind wir ja auch nicht auf der Insel. Ein Nachteil der Superiorbungalows, sie sind alle in der NƤhe des Generators der 24Std am Tag brummt ( es ist ein alter 6 Zylinder LKW Motor ) und es gibt kein warmes Wasser.... Ich habe das Wasser nicht vermisst, meine Freundin mit ihren langem Haaren fand es nicht so prickelnd. Wegen des MotorengerƤusches in der Nacht haben wir mit Ohropax geschlafen, da ging es dann auch. Es wƤre schƶn gewesen, wenn diese beiden Punkte vorher bei der Buchung erwƤhnt worden wƤren, dann hƤtten wir eventuell einen anderen Bungalow gewƤhlt. Alles in allem war die ganze Anlage aber relativ gepflegt und sauber. Da die Anlage direkt am Meer liegt, kann man vom Restaurant aufs Meer schauen, das ist sehr schƶn.

Schƶne Anlage direkt am Strand

Das Hotel liegt an einem wohl abgelegen Strand und ist optimal zum entspannen.Man sollte nicht allzu grosse AnsprĆ¼che haben.Es reicht ja dass man in 2 Minuten im Meer ist.Nach 18h ist es Stockdunkel.Ohne Mofa wird man nicht sehr viel vom rest der Insel mitbekommen,aber es ist genug schƶn am Strand zu relaxen.Es gibt kein Pool.Und die nƤchste Einkaufsmƶglichkeit ist zu Fuss auch etwa 15 Minuten entfernt

Hotel direkt am Strand

Es gibt wohl kaum ein Hotel, das schwieriger zu bewerten ist. Die Bungalows sind gross,sauber und schattig, das Essen ist gut, der Strand ist schƶn, bei Ebbe muss man wie an der Nordsee weit bis zum Wasser laufen, aber fĆ¼r die Tide kann das Hotel nichts. Das Personal ist freundlich, anfƤnglich ein bisschen mĆ¼rrisch, hilft einem aber immer weiter. Eigentlich eine gute Unterkunft, wenn sie nicht so komplett anders wƤre, als der Rest der Insel. Alle anderen Resorts sind aus Treibholz zusammengeschustert oder sehen zumindest so aus, bieten aber teilweise ebenfalls gute QualitƤt. Der Buffalo Bay Vacation Club ist aus Stein und scheiterte fĆ¼r uns an AtmospƤre und Charme, an Kriterien, die nicht wirklich messbar sind, allerdings sicherlich seine Freunde findet.
