Tucked away in a quiet, cozy neighborhood, this small house has everything you need for your stay. Enjoy year round comfort with central heating and air conditioning. Step outside to enjoy the spacious, unfenced yard, perfect for enjoying the outdoors on the concrete patio with table and chairs.

IMPORTANT: No Smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge.

Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and

Cute Bungalow
Nice older house, they have done some upgrades. A good place to stay for a few days. House is small but fine for the 3 of us that stayed.
Does not have a dishwasher but that was ok for us we did not do any cooking.

Great Little House
Everything you need in a smaller space. The living room and kitchen open up to each other and help with the family being together. The house is clean and that’s important to us. All supplies were readily available too! Great property! They helped with check-in process the whole way.
