Let me just say, I do NOT do reviews frequently! ONLY when they are deserved. This one is very deserved! I want to say first, Bella the front desk host was AMAZING that girl should be the MANAGER of this hotel. Second, I will NEVER USE HOTELS.COM AGAIN I have been a very loyal customer of them for many years. I booked and paid for my room during Sturgis week, so that I for sure had it. We went to check in and the reservation was nowhere to be found. I showed Bella my receipt and she explained she couldn't check me in because she can't see it on her end. I ended up paying cash again for my room so twice paid. I had to call hotels for a refund they needed C!ndy Thomas to simply let them know that this was indeed the situation and I wasn't lying and for 45 days she wouldn't respond to emails, calls, NOTHING! I was ready to head down to SD to wait for her when I finally got a Hotels.com rep that was kind enough to just refund me because of this WOMEN'S lack of care! So frustrating! How do you call yourself a Hotel Manager C!ndy? R!cky the other front desk guy is just as bad! Bella had mentioned to me at my check in that this was the 5th time hotels.com has done this with their hotel (not sent the reservation) All I can say is I am sending lots of Love and Light her way to help make her a better person and I will never use Hotels.com again! WATCH OUT!
