The home is centrally located in The West Blvd Neighborhood - minutes from downtown restaurants and entertainment, and a short drive to all the Black Hills has to offer - Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake, Needles Highway, & much more! This beautiful Craftsman home is located in the quiet Historic West Boulevard District. Luxuriously appointed, the home features a gas fireplace, heated bathroom floors, a spa, two outdoor seating areas, a movie room, leather furniture, and high-end finishes throughout. The home boasts two separate kitchens as well as laundry rooms in the basement and the upstairs master suite. A Nespresso machine is provided for your morning latte as you get started on your next adventure in the Black Hills! You will have access to the entire home and can easily enjoy morning and evening walks in the quiet peaceful historic neighborhood.
