Each apartment has a separate entrance, terrace and parking.
Both apartments together can accommodate 8 persons.

In my opinion, tourist resort Ravni is hidden pearl of Istrian east coast. That is a small place on sea coast. There is a long beach, crystal clear water and untouched nature. It is a peacefull place without big traffic.

Beach is 500 m long and it consists one large and many small beaches. There is caffe-bar, restaurant, playground, sport field and rent-a-boat servis.

Resort Ravni is located from the local center, the town of Labin, about 20 km ( 20 min car ride ) and from the destination Rabac, 25 km ( 30 minutes car ride ).

Tourist resort Ravni and our apartment, with stunning view of the sea and islands, is one of those special places where you can truly enjoy your holiday.

Once you came to apatrment with your privat car, Rent-a-car or taxi service, you won't need it anymore. All you need is in the vicinity of the apartment.

Step 1: follow the road from the Croatian border to town of Labin!
Step 2: in town of Labin you drive always straight through 5 roundabouts to the old town of Labin on the hill!
Step 3: from the main square of the old town of Labin on the hill, follow the road sign Ravni and drive straight 20 km to the resort Ravni!
Step 4: after arriving to the resort Ravni, drive, always, straight to the end of resort and drive, always, straight, into the street which is located closest to the sea!
Step 5: Welcome! The last apartment in the first block of 7 apartments is apartment “Sea view”, Ravni 155 ! (Here awaits owner with a key from the apartment).

Wir hatten einen angenehmen, erholsamen Aufenthalt. Besonders die vielen Hinweise vom Vermieter, auf Sehenswürdigkeiten, besondere Badebuchten usw., haben den Urlaub bereichert. Genossen haben wir es, mit einer Tasse Kaffee, in der Morgensonne, den Blick auf das Meer zu genießen. Jederzeit würden wir dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Schöner gelungener Urlaub
Tolles Apartment mit einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer von der Terasse aus. Für kleine Familien ausreichend. Soweit auch alles vorhanden was man braucht. 5 Minuten bis zum Strand mit sehr schönem klaren Wasser. Nette kleine Bar mit ausreichend Getränken und Speisen (Speisen leider nur bis 20 Uhr). Der empfohlene Italiener Napoli auf dem Marktplatz, war super lecker und echt günstig und würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen. Es war ein toller gelungener Urlaub.

Moderne und noch recht neue Ferienwohnung mit tollem, großem Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung erneut buchen (was wir schon mehrfach getan haben ;o) ) Zur Wohnung gehört ein ausreichend großer Parkplatz Top!. Es ist schwierig, negative Punkte zu nennen. Da fällt uns nur die eine Rolle Klopapier ein, ist für 3 Personen auch recht wenig; bitte mal überdenken. Ansonsten: Top-Wohnung mit Wohlfühl-Garantie! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben dort zu dritt wirklich entspannte Urlaubstage verbracht, wobei die Wohnung auch vier Feriengäste ausreichend Platz bietet. Die Lage ist herrlich, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten die Umgebung zu erkunden, ob zu Fuß, auf dem Wasser oder mit dem Fahrrad, herrliche Natur wohin man auch geht. Nur wenige Schritte zu Strand mit Bistro, Hundestrand, einsame Buchten, Supermarkt, Restaurant etwas weiter oben im Ort. Der Ausblick ist großartig! Fernglas ist vorhanden, wir hatten das Glück, Delphine zu sichten! Vermieter ist perfekt, Flasche Wein als Willkommenstrunk, Ausflugstipps und immer ein offenes Ohr. Probleme werden umgehend gelöst, insofern welche auftreten... Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste mal, rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Schönes Apartment, tolle Aussicht
Wir (2Personen) haben Anfang September zwei Wochen in Ravni verbracht. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und war sehr sauber. Ronald der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge usw. Die Dachterasse ist toll und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Der Weg zum Meer erreicht mann über einen kurzen etwas steilen Fussweg. Das Bistro Ravni im Ort können wir sehr empfehlen, das Essen ist grossartig und die Bedienung sehr nett. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden, in Labin (30min mit dem Auto) befinden sich viele Supermärkte. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Richtig schönes Plätzchen zum Erholen
Das Apartment war sehr schön, so wie auf den Fotos. Das Meer ist nur 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt aber wenn man bisschen länger gehen möchte, gibt es 15 min zu Fuß auch eine wunderschöne Bucht. Der Vermieter ist auch super nett und super einfach über WhatsApp zu erreichen, falls man fragen hat. Er hat uns auch eine Liste gegeben mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Er hat uns auch Tipps gegeben, welche Locations zum Essen/Cafe am besten sind. Alles in Allem war der Urlaub sehr schön und hat die nötoge Erholung geboten.

Perfekter Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Ronalds tollem Appartement. Das Appartement ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und wir hatten zu viert ausreichend Platz. Angenehm ist die Klimaanlage, ganz toll die Dachterrasse mit einer unglaublich schönen Aussicht. Unser Vermieter Ronald ist super nett, Ravni ist ein sehr schöner Ort, der kurze Weg zum schönen Strand führt an Oliven- und Feigenbäumen vorbei. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. Very relaxing vacation in a not so crowded area. Small apartment but all the needed equipment and a great terrace with a fantastic view. The host is very polite and gave some tips about the neighborhood. The beach is on 10 mins walking.

Very nice balkony with a great view To the ocean. Appartement is Kind of small with not a lot of Storage Room. However you are anyways Not in the Appartement other then for sleeping. Very nice and friendly owner of the appartement.

Für zwei Personen ist das Apartment prima geeignet. die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die große Terrasse mit Sonnenmarkise und Aussicht über die Küste und die Insel Cres geben ein fantastisches Urlaubsgefühl. Der Vermieter Ronald ist sehr nett, unkompliziert und gibt gute Tipps (mündlich und per E-Mail. Der Ort Ravni ist klein und bietet nicht viel, allerdings alles, was man braucht und vor allem gute Erholung abseits vom Massentourismus.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, leider etwas abseits
Ein schönes Apartment zu einem günstigen Preis. Gut funktionierendes Internet. Zwei Fernseher und eine PS4. In etwa 10 Minuten bis zum Strand, an dem man Liegen, Sonnenschirme und SUPs sowie Kayaks mieten kann. Sehr netter Vermieter, welcher gute Tipps für Ausflüge gibt. Leider etwas weit vom nächsten größeren Ort Labin entfernt. Hierhin fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 30 Minuten. Bis nach Pula ist es knapp über eine Stunde.

Hübsche kleine Ferienwohnung an ruhigem Ort
Im Großen und Ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Terrasse zum Meer war das Schönste an der Fewo. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und für 4 Personen ungeeignet. Mit 2 Personen auf 30 QM schon sehr eng, Alles minimalistisch eingerichtet. Eine Steckdose in der Küche für 2 Geräte sowie auch im Bad. Das Resort mit überwiegend Fewos ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber in der Vorsaison zur Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln schwierig zu handeln, da kein Supermarkt am Ort ist ( erst ab 01.07. geöffnet). Für einen einmaligen Urlaub ok, aber ein zweites Mal wird es wohl nicht werden.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer und ist der ideale Ort , um sich zu entspannen. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr gemütlich , war gut ausgestattet, sauber und hatte alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und gab uns wertvolle Tipps für Aktivitäten und Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön. Mal wieder im selben Objekt 😉 Neuigkeiten gibt es auch, es wurde renoviert und Frischwasseranschluss installiert. Vorher Zisterne. Alles andere ist beim alten geblieben...sehr freundlicher Vermieter, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Umgebung ist etliches neu entstandenen, unter anderem ein Restaurant in Ravni mit guten Bewertungen.

Tolle Wohnung für einen ruhigen Urlaub
Wir haben uns in Ravni sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Die große Terrasse bietet die Chance, bei gutem Wetter den ganzen Tag draußen zu verbringen. Der Weg zum Meer ist zwar steil, aber insgesamt kurz, es gibt schöne Wandermöglichkeiten, direkt von der Wohnung aus. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hat uns mit hilfreichen Informationen versorgt und das Ein und Auschecken war völlig unkompliziert. Wir könnten uns vorstellen, wieder herzukommen.
