Situated just 3 km from the coast, this villa allows guests to enjoy a spacious swimming pool while still being able to take advantage of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.

Whether you prefer to venture out or stay in, Villa Shanti has you covered. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take a car to explore the surrounding area or simply take a leisurely walk through the beautiful nature, enjoying the earth, sun, air, and sea all at once.
The Spacious Swimming Pool
If you'd rather stay at the villa, you'll find a sea replacement in the form of a spacious heated swimming pool (60 m2) equipped with counter-current swimming jets. The pool house, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace/barbecue, dining table for 12, and sound system, will be the center of your gatherings.
Game Room Fun
For added enjoyment during your stay, the game room offers a variety of activities, including a small mini bar, pool table, darts, and a foosball table.

Each apartment has one bedroom with double bed (180x200), small kitchen, living room with sofa bed (real mattress 160x200), one bathroom and terrace with lounge chairs.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The two ground apartments can accommodate 4 people each with 2 people sleeping in the bedroom (180x200) and two in the living room on sofa bed (160x200).
The two first floor apartments can accommodate 2 people each.

Neighborhood overview
Far from the crowds, you can enjoy gazing at the sun, the moon and stars.
We have 3 super friendly dogs, 2 mini Yorkshire terries and German shepherd. They dont live on the villa's property, but in the house next door.
Getting around
A car, bike, motorcycles, wings or any kind of vehicle is necessary for getting around and exploring Istria.
Other things to note
The pool is out of service from mid-October to mid-March.
