Nice place in the woods
I was in Dalarna during a busy time (Vasaloppet Week) so Stiftelsen Berget was the only place I could find to stay. It worked out fine although it was a bit bewildering at first. But once the staff person got me to my room, it was fine. I had reserved for four nights, but I was offered to stay with friends after that first night so I only stayed one night. I'm glad I was able to cancel the other three nights without additional charge.

Nature in a nutshell
The bed and breakfast was very comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. We actually came one day early by mistake, however the staff was able to accommodate us anyway and gave us our room a day early without any extra charges. The location was quiet and full of nature and we had a lovely time. I would highly recommend this location.

Trevlig personal. Rent och fräscht. Tyst och lugnt. Naturnära och tryggt. Lugnt, man märker knappt att det bor andra människor på anläggningen. Perfekt för den som vill ha lugn och ro, läsa, skriva och bara vara ifred. Sköna sängar och läsfåtöljer på rummen. Skulle kunna bo där permanent, utan tvekan.

Allt var till belåtenhet! Fint och fram för allt väldigt rent rum med sköna sängkläder. Vi nokade rummet för ett besök i Dalhalla så vi gjorde inte så mycket mer än att sova där. Fint med egen uteplats! Gångavstånd via lanrliga stiger till centrum ca. 30 minuter. Frukosten var perfekt för våra behov.
