Worst hotel ever!
Most disgusting hotel we've ever been to! Did left in room and bugs crawling all over the beds. Front desk denied the room was dirty and told Hotels.com that our fanily had been there for 2 hrs and made the mess and refused to refund our money. Our faniky had bee. There 15 mins at best and the. Left when the front desk was so rude. We will be fighting to get our money back. Dont ever stay at this hotel.

The woman checking us in on the evening of June 29th was super friendly and attentive. Made it a breeze. There were a “high maintenance” couple in front of us already being rude and demanding. She was calm and professional dealing with them and then checked me as friendly as could be without bad mouthing the rude guests. She needs praise for that! Well done

Everything was good. An excellent breakfast spread. The driveway and parking area badly needs resurfacing. Fortunately it’s dilapidated appearance was NOT reflected in the service provided by the staff

The TV was connected to ROKU. I could not find a local service or channel to watch the news. I even tried to watch Fox News and I despise the Fox Network. Breakfast was so so. The only coffee available was Decaf. Two carafes of Decaf and one of hot water. Breakfast food selection was limited. I only had a bowl of Frosted Flakes and a blueberry muffin. I saw no juice. Bottle water and milk were the other liquids available. The room was clean and the A/C worked well.

Overall property looks rundown but rooms were big and comfortable. Parking area needs work and had plenty of potholes. When we moved in it felt the beds were not cleaned and put in fresh sheets. In one of our bed there was a used tissue (not sure of what) which is unacceptable, it was late and after 14 hours of drive we had no strength to ask for a different room.
