Farmhouse with hot tub located on the S. Fork of the Willapa River in a secluded valley. As you enter, you cross a bridge and have a view of the sparkling South Fork River where salmon and steelhead are known to frequent. The evergreen tree lined lane opens to a picturesque valley where territorial views of open meadows are surrounded by forested hills. During your stay, enjoy the rolling bubbles of the hot tub, the crackle of a camp fire or just take in the sounds of the country. Wifi.

House was as shown in the photos, nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds were really comfortable. Everything was clean and had more than what you would expect of a vacation rental. It was only 15 minutes to town, river was at the end of the drive. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

Wonderful quiet property
Wonderful property with good communication from property manager. It is in such a nice quiet setting, which made for a wonderful night's sleep, which was much needed as it was a work trip. The only drawback is that my coworker and I picked this property as it is advertised as a 2 bathroom. The second bathroom is a small shower and toilet in the bathroom and a utility sink in the laundry room. It worked okay but it was a little weird brushing my teeth in the laundry room and then going to my bedroom to get ready for work since there was no mirror in the "bathroom". It wouldn't have been an issue if this was a family trip as we could have shared a bathroom to get ready in the morning since the main bathroom has double sinks and is really nice. It just didn't work well on a business trip. But everything else was wonderful and we will likely stay at another of the property owner's houses when we are back in the area.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give a full report on our stay when we didnt get a chance to stay the 5 days we booked for... Due to the heat and the property not having AC, we had to book a hotel room for the duration of our stay. Its unfortunate because it would of been a great place to stay for our honeymoon.

The house was perfect for our family - the kids loved playing in the nice large yard. At night all the kids hung out in the living room and watched a movie while the adults hung out in the kitchen playing cards and talking.

Perfect Calm
If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay look no further. We saw deer, foxes, eagles and elk but now a single person while listening to the sounds of the birds each morning.

Unexpected Winter Wonderland
I've stayed at many, many vacation homes and must say this home was one of my favorite. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated and super comfy. We were welcomed by burning candles and chocolates on the pillows. The home was equipped with nearly everything we needed and that which it lacked was promptly delivered to our doorstep... even on Christmas Eve! We very much enjoyed the fireplace in the den as well as the hot tub. It snowed 8 inches over the course of the three days we were there... an uncommon but welcomed experience. The panoramic views throughout the home were STUNNING! Heather is a thoughtful and responsive hostess - a delight to work with. We look forward to returning to this property in the future!

An Absolute Gem!!
I can’t say enough good things about this property! The house is gorgeous and was extremely clean upon arrival. The property is very private and secluded and the hot tub is such a great plus! Communication with the property manager was so wonderful and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and if we are ever in the area again, we will certainly be back!

Lovely updated farmhouse
We stayed at Heather's lovely updated farmhouse for a weekend getaway. The décor and color scheme is like something out of a magazine. Whoever designs and decorates her properties does such a wonderful job coordinating the old with the new. The combination makes an eclectic style that really works. I loved the artwork and all the Hobby Lobby home accents. The secluded setting is picturesque. We enjoyed the Autumn foliage and peaceful surroundings. The bed was comfy and we enjoyed the covered hot tub. It had a tv in the family room. I really liked that it had lots of counter space in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as places to put things away. It is up the river from another one of her properties, that was also very nice. Heather always has chocolates on the pillows and stuff to make smores, which is so sweet. Bring some wood if you want to have a fire in the pit. My only suggestions are very minor: maybe a nightstand next to the king sized bed and perhaps a small step stool for shorter people to use for the bed, microwave, etc. Thank you Heather for a wonderful place to stay. We hope to be back soon!

Just what we needed!
We were looking for a secluded place to relax and unwind. This place was perfect, quiet and secluded. Had a great time wandering down to the river with the dogs. The hot tub was great after a long day. We brought our own hammocks and stands and just rocked in a cool breeze under the apple tree. AMAZING! Make sure you check outside, we saw deer come and eat apples off the ground a few times. Was a neat site. We will definitely be back! *Will probably bring a pair of binoculars next time, as there were a few times animals visited the meadow and we couldn't see them well.

Quiet ranch out west
This property is amazing! The photos don’t quite capture all of the best little surprises that this place has to offer. The owner really took time to make this home cozy. Not a detail missed! The home was well stocked, very clean and smelled amazing! If you like a quiet place to have a little R&R this is it! My teens loved it was well. It’s a great place for a family or a couple looking to getaway.

Relaxing getaway
Our family of four enjoyed a relaxing getaway for 4 days/3 nights at the Riverside Farm. Nice secluded spot; so peaceful with the trees, meadows and river. And being away from the city lights we got to enjoy the sights of the Perseid meteor shower on a clear August night. The check-in / out process was very efficient; and Heather, the owner, kept in contact to be sure everything went well.

So first I have to say that this is a great location. Very secluded and peaceful. We stayed for 2 nights and had my 29th birthday party there. Spacious, private and super clean
We loved our stay at the Farmhouse. The house had lots of room for our party of 4 adults, and was well-appointed for cooking, dining, lounging, etc. The surroundings are beautiful. Wildlife were attracted to the fields and the river. We saw plenty of birds and the elk herd, too. We look forward to staying here again.
