Conditions of the room were terrible. Suppose to non smoking and we tried 4 rooms and they all smelled like smoke.

Smells like a dead body was just in the room before you checked in. Flies everywhere, stains on bed, stains on the walls, stains on the floors. ā€œNon smokingā€ but everything smells like cigarettes mixed with armpits. Literally the most disgusting place Iā€™ve ever seen and we spent one night out of two just because we ended up getting there too late to find a new place to sleep. I ate the cost of the second night and got a hotel you couldnā€™t pay me to spend a second night in this disgusting place.

Cockroaches, flies, stink bugs, yellow jackets, infestation. Disgusting. Filthy rooms. Bugs everywhere. Smelled of smoke. I will never come here again. Calling the board of health on them.

You get what you pay for. We stayed there, and actually had a great nights sleep. Little aggravated I use a walker and was put on the 2nd floor. Front desk associate noticed and told me that if we wanted to "Upgrade" to a1st floor Accessible Suite, we could, it would just DOUBLE the price of the expedia booking. . In my opinion, if this room was available, it should've been granted to us no upgrade fee required. It's ok, I used my cane and made it up the stairs carrying my luggage. Just took a while. . When I walked into the room, there were 3 bugs/flies in the room. Two were legit flies....The third one, we don't know if it was a cockroach on the counter or not. We a tissue, flushed it and are giving the place the benefit of the doubt that they flew in while I was entering the room (again, I have a cane, with my bag, so it's a little bit slower than others). . After that, the towels were thicker and higher quality than we anticpated. The pillows were super thin, which is what we expected. The shower looked like it could've been scrubbed better...but we looked at it this way. We usually stay at a cabin in the local campground. This room was cheaper than the cabin. When we stay in the cabin, we have to walk to the bathouse. The bathroom was as clean as the bathouse. So to have the bathroom in the room with was a bonus. The AC was brand new, however it wasn't sealed to the room and you could literally see outside. Maybe thats where the bugs came from? Room 417.

UPON ARRIVAL THERE WAS NO WAY FOR ME TO ACESS MY ROOM THERE IS A PIECE OF WOOD NEXT TO A CURB FOR ME TO DRIVE MY POWER WHELCHAIR TO MY ROOM NO HCPS PARKING AT ALL THE STAFF HAD TO KNOCK ON DOORS TO GET SOME ONE TO MOVE THIER CAR SO I COULD DRIVE UP THE PIECE OF WOOD ROOM FULL OF BUGS AND DIRT BEDS ARE FULL SIZE NOT QUEEN AS STAFF STATED MATRESS AND BOX SPRING BROKEN AND DIRTY WHEN YOU SIT ON THEM BED GOES TO FLOOR WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE
