Our stay in villa by the sea
Well, to start off we are American (65) and I sometime my expectations are higher than they should be. First off was the private gate, you had to exit the car to enter a code to open the gate. You also had to exit the car to enter a code to leave but the code box was at ground level. When it rained you had no choice but get wet. The driveway was on a steep slope also. The exterior of the property had abandoned vehicle and appliance, unmaintained grounds. The bathroom shower had mold around the bottom corners. The property also was approximately two miles off the main road through small narrow roads that seemed unmaintained. No phone service ( I believe because we were on the back side of a large hill down near the ocean, blocking signal). Not their fought. Couldnā€™t get wi-fi even after owner came to check it out. So, we had to get in the car and go to top of hill to get online to schedule any tours. The villa does have a great view, clean rooms other than bathroom shower. So, for the reasons listed I couldnā€™t give it more than a two star. If I can figure out how to upload pictures Iā€™ll post some.

A lovely home beautiful views and close to most things you want to see.
If you are traveling with teenagers rent the bigger house. We had the one that slept 4 but it would be tight fit for more that 2 adults and 2 little kids. This place is great we loved it. Get satnav to find it.

Fantastic location, very helpful host
We had a great week here, loving the nearby private beach, the brilliant ancient sites not far away and everything else you can wish for if you need to relax and enjoy utter peace and quiet. Thanks to Tomaso for welcoming us with local offerings of wine and Olive oil and being straight on hand when we had questions. Best nature holidays in ages Lotte and Nicky

Breathtaking view!
We spent three days at this amazing house on the hill. The views were breathtaking! The place was very clean and had everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. Even though we arrived in early March, the weather was beautiful. We enjoyed morning sunrises and evening sunsets from the rooftop terrace. Our only complaint was that the Wi-Fi was often weak.

Beste ruhige Lage hoch Ć¼ber dem Meer
Traumhafter Ausblick aufs Meer von allen Zimmern, der Terrasse und der Dachterrasse. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Strandbucht ist wunderschƶn; der schƶnste Strand, den wir auf Sizilien gesehen haben. Das Wasser geht sehr flach rein, super zum Plantschen. Der Weg dorthin ist steil, aber selbst mit unserer 4-JƤhrigen war er machbar. Steile Anfahrt. EinkaufslƤden 10 min entfernt. Perfekt, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht. Hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Der einzige Grund, warum wir einen Stern abziehen, ist, dass wir erst nach der Buchung erfahren haben, dass noch recht hohe Nebenkosten fĆ¼r Strom, HandtĆ¼cher, BettwƤsche dazukommen (bei uns 285ā‚¬). Trotzdem wĆ¼rden wir gerne wieder zurĆ¼ckkommen!

Traumhafter Meerblick
Fantastische Aussicht vor allem aufs Meer und Strand, aber auch Berg mit Turm. Auch wenn noch wenige HƤuser in der NƤhe sind fĆ¼hlt es sich an wie Alleinlage, total idyllisch und entspannt. Da wir die Ruhe lieben haben wir uns schnell sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Die Terrasse samt Mobiliar bietet sehr viel Platz zum Relaxen und der Sonnenschutz auch fĆ¼r Mahlzeiten genug Schatten. Die schƶne private Badebucht mit Sandstrand ist Ć¼ber einen steilen Weg zu erreichen, wir waren an den meisten Tagen alleine. Der RĆ¼ckweg ist zwar anstrengend, aber wir haben uns Ć¼ber die sportliche Einheit gefreut, zumal es im September nicht mehr so heiƟ war. Der offizielle Strand Pergole ist in wenigen Minuten mit mit dem Auto oder zu FuƟ in 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Den Strand fanden wir schƶn und auch im etwas gehobenen Restaurant waren wir sowohl mit dem Service als auch mit Essen und Wein sehr zufrieden. Auch alle StrƤnde die wir in der nƤheren Umgebung mit dem Auto besucht haben waren sehr schƶn und durch die Nachsaison nicht Ć¼berlaufen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmƤƟig und praktisch eingerichtet, wir haben alles gefunden was wir gebraucht haben. Alleine schon wegen der wundervollen Lage werden wir gerne wieder an diesen Ort kommen.

Meer zum Sattsehen
Was fĆ¼r ein atemberaubender Ort: Fast 180 Grad Meerblick. Ein alter Turm auf dem HĆ¼gel. Einen Strand mit klarem Wasser unter dem Haus. Ein leckeres Fischrestaurant um die Ecke. Ein gemĆ¼tliches und sehr sauberes Haus. Es fehlt an nichts. Und nicht zuletzt: sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, die sogar mit einer Flasche Wein Ć¼berraschen. Jederzeit wieder!

Einfach nur TRAUMHAFT
Unglaublich schƶner Ort! Fantastische Aussicht, sehr ruhig und super relaxed mit ganz viel PrivatsphƤre. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und ist sehr gut ausgerĆ¼stet. Der Privatstrand ist in ca. 5 Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Schƶne kleine Badebucht mit Sandstrand. Nach dem Baden ist eine praktische Aussendusche vorhanden. Sehr freundliche, angenehme und hilfsbereite EigentĆ¼merfamilie. Ein Geheimtipp und in hƶchstem Masse zu empfehlen!!!

Wunderbare Aussicht
Der Blick auf das blau-tĆ¼rkise Meer war wunderbar. Wenn man allerdings zum Strand hinunter wollte, konnte man entweder einen steilen Weg durch die Felsen nehmen oder die geteerte StraƟe (bei WƤrme kein VergnĆ¼gen). Das Haus liegt idyllisch, aber eben auch einsam. Wer abends noch bummeln mƶchte, ist eher am falschen Ort, da es in der direkten Umgebung nichts diesbezĆ¼gliches gibt und die steile Zufahrt im Dunkeln wahrscheinlich kein VergnĆ¼gen ist. Die KĆ¼cheneinrichtung bedarf absolut der Verbesserung: Es gab nur zwei groƟe Tassen, die man fĆ¼r sein MĆ¼sli benutzen konnte (keine Schalen vorhanden), dann konnte man aber seinen Tee o. Ƥ. nur aus kleinen Espresso-Tassen trinken ... Insofern war die SpĆ¼lmaschine vƶllig Ć¼berflĆ¼ssig. Eine der TerrassentĆ¼ren konnte man wƤhrend unseres Aufenthaltes nicht verschlieƟen, dies sollte aber bald repariert werden, sagte man uns.

Lovely House with a beautiful view of the sea
Perfect House for a small family. Beautiful view with, clean an quiet. You Can Walk Down to the Beach below - our kids of 9 and 11 had no problems with the path. There are several beaches near by if you ho by car. We hope to return to the House. The communication with Tomasso and Mauro went smooth.

Haus mit Meerblick in ruhiger Lage. Ein steiler Pfad oder eine kleine StraƟe fĆ¼hrt zum Meer und einem schƶnen Strand. Man braucht allerdings unbedingt ein Auto, da die nƤchste Ortschaft Ć¼ber sehr kleine StraƟen etwa 7 km entfernt ist. Netter Vermieter gibt gute Tipps.

Traumhafte Ferien am Meer
Wunderschƶnes Ferienhaus in wunderschƶner Umgebung. Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schƶn und bietet sehr schƶne Ausflugsziel. Auto notwendig. Man kann sich hier wenn man will ungestƶrt erholen. Haus, Terrasse, Aussicht, Meer, Dachterrasse, Umgebung,... Unvergesslich schƶn!

Schƶnes Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Aussicht
Das Ferienhaus hat eine traumhaften Lage und einen top Ausblick. Haus, Terrasse und Garten hat alles was wir fĆ¼r diesen Urlaub benƶtigten, alles war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Extra-Kosten fĆ¼r Reinigung, BettwƤsche/HandtĆ¼cher und Strom werden erst im Verlauf des Buchungsvorgangs erwƤhnt und beim Check-In in bar bezahlt. Der Strom wird pauschal und nicht nach Verbrauch anhand eines ZƤhlers berechnet. Der Weg zum schƶnen Strand ist eher steil, gut machbar und eine Verbesserung wƤre das tĆ¼pfchen aufs i. Die Lage zu den umliegenden StrƤnden und SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten ist super. Wir haben die Woche in dieser Oase sehr genossen und wĆ¼rden dieses Objekt sofort wieder mieten. Danke an den Besitzer.

Schƶnes Ferienhaus
Ein sehr schƶnes Ferienhaus mit einem schƶnen Ausblick aufs mehr und wir mĆ¼ssen ehrlich zugeben mit einer der schƶnsten Bucht die wir auf Sizilien gesehen habenā€¦!!!!!! Zum Haus selbst gibt es nichts zu bemƤngeln, alles war sauber und schƶn eingerichtet. Das einzige was nicht so toll war, es gab Ć¼berhaupt kein GewĆ¼rz in der KĆ¼che das fanden wir bisschen schade. Der Weg zum Wunderschƶnen Strand ist etwas steil, festes Schuhwerk ist empfehlenswert aber selbst unsere 5 jƤhriger Tochter hat es prima gemeistert :) Wir haben zwei wunderschƶne Wochen dort verbracht und wĆ¼rden wieder kommen so sehr hat es uns es dort gefallen. Vielen Dank fĆ¼r den Schƶnen Urlaub!!!!!
