Acomodação razoável
Acomodação razoável. Pontos negativos: porta que dá acesso a todo o flat pela área da piscina sem fechar e sem chave. Ar condicionado com defeito, frequentemente fazia barulhos, necessitando ligar e desligar para normalizar. Controle da TV sem funcionar. Bacia do banheiro muito antiga, amarelada e com rasgos. Local sem limite de horários para barulhos externos, com vizinhos com muita zuada até durante a madrugada.
