Até o dia do check-in tudo ok, porém dois dias antes mandei mensagem para Anfitrião e o mesmo foi solicito comigo, informei que vinha de uma estadia que faltava roupa de cama para minha família, pois estávamos em 4 pessoas. Quando cheguei no apartamento 6216 gravem bem, pois está precisando de reparos, devido tempo de uso, ocorreu o mesmo que havia a acontecido na outra estadia, faltava cobertor para nós 4, conversei novamente com Cristiano que a princípio ficou inconformado com o erro, mas no dia seguinte não respondeu minhas mensagens. Resumindo o Resort é maravilhoso, porém esse Anfitrião deixa a desejar, detalhe no armário havia 3 travesseiros velhos fedorentos e 2 camisas de pessoas que haviam alugado anteriormente o apartamento, comuniquei tudo isso para o Anfitrião, mas como disse não me respondeu mais.

Um dia no flat
Dono sempre atencioso nas ligações, porém: Na portaria não estava autorizada nossa entrada e tivemos que ligar para o dono enviar e-mail. Limpeza do flat não foi executada antes da nossa chegada. Split da sala só ventilava. Lâmpadas de 2 quartos não acendiam e chamamos eletricista para resolver. Porta de acesso à varanda estava com fechadura estourada. Lâmpada na sala estava piscandoe depois eletricista deixou ela acessa constante, pois interruptor com defeito.

A área externa não deixa a desejar, mas o imóvel muito desorganizado, utensílios de cozinha praticamente não tinha, não tinha copos, nem talheres, sem falar que no anúncio diz que é aceito pet, mas não especificava que o pet teria que ficar preso dentro do flat, sem a liberdade de passear na áreas comuns, o que me deixou muito insatisfeito, e pra quem for pensando em levar suas bebidas e comidas terão que desembolsar uma taxa extra no valor de 80 reais para poder consumi-la na área da piscina, outra coisa é o vizinho que é muito incoveniente, que ficava na varanda de seu imóvel praticamente invadindo a nossa. Resumindo, não recomendaria o imóvel.

Já me hospedei pela quarta vez e gosto do local. Porém percebi que não há uma equipe de manutenção permanente e disponível para eventuais reparos nos flats. Cada proprietário que resolva caso necessário de forma individual e improvisada. O estacionamento também não tem vaga individual por apartamento. Tem hospedes que ocupam 2 ou 3 vagas, quem chega por último fica prejudicado.
