O ar condicionado do flat estƔ velho e faz muito barulho, impossƭvel dormir com ele ligado. A Ɣgua tinha cheiro ruim, quando liga o chuveiro se sente um cheiro muito tuim vindo da Ɣgua. No mais, tudo certo e de acordo com as expectativas.

Tive somente 2 problemas, o ar condicionado Ć© pequeno para o tamanho do studio como um todo, e mesmo nĆ£o estando um calor muito forte, ele nĆ£o deu vazĆ£o, e a entrada para o chuveiro Ć© muito baixa (bati a cabeƧa umas 3x), de resto tudo ok como os conformes. O espaƧo Ć© bom, com porteiros (tem 2 porteiros) 24h e com serviƧo de limpeza de seg a sab. NĆ£o posso avaliar as areas comuns do lugar pois nĆ£o frequentei a piscina e a sauna.

Passei 3 dias no Flat Studio Everest, no apto 505. Primeiro ponto positivo: fui super bem atendida pela anfitriĆ£ (Paula). Expliquei previamente as minhas necessidades de flexibilidade no check-in e check-out, que foram atendidas. 2: o flat Ć© muito bem equipado: cozinha COMPLETA, jogos de cama e de banho. Chuveiro quente, banheiro confortĆ”vel. Boa iluminaĆ§Ć£o. O flat Ć© lindo. 3- localizaĆ§Ć£o excelente, perto de Ć³timos restaurantes e em bairro tranquilo! 4- tem serviƧo de quarto e cantina que funciona do cafĆ© da manhĆ£ as 18h e entrega no quarto. SĆ³ posso dizer que: amei. Votarei mais vezes com certeza. 5- os funcionĆ”rios sĆ£o muito solĆ­citos, atenciosos e simpĆ”ticos. Obs: bom conferir se durante a sua estadia a piscina nĆ£o estarĆ” interditada ou em obras (Ć© uma dica para todo viajante). O Flat possui restaurante perto da Ć”rea da piscina, Ć© bem confortĆ”vel.

Bastante agradĆ”vel. Equipe do flat muito boa e bastante amistosa. Quarto grande e confortĆ”vel, tudo funcionando bem, contudo as paredes nĆ£o isolam muito bem o barulho do corredor. A Cantina no Ćŗltimo andar nĆ£o Ć© boa e deveriam fazer uma dedetizaĆ§Ć£o no quarto pois vi duas baratinhas francesinhas.
