Very friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble, reception staff, happy to accommodate any requests. Food at the properties is very good and a good selection, plenty of options with traditional Brazilian food. I definitely recommend

Close to the beach but far from restaurant option
You need to take a cab or bad uber services because in BR uber doesn't work like USA at all. Need to ask from. The hotel and be careful. Area around doesn't have nothing to do and is not safe to walk. Need to go to Cabo Downtown to have more options. Not expensive to go there with uber, less then R$10. You should try "caldinhos" and "ensopados" so good if you are allergic to fish try beans. Kids friendly.

As condiƧƵes do quatros era razoĆ”vel, um quatro bem simples, porĆ©m limpo. O atendimento dos colaborardes do hotel, poderia ser mais humanizado, principalmente da recepĆ§Ć£o. O cafĆ© da manha foi adequado para um hotel de praia. O sinal do internet extremamente fraco no quatro, sĆ³ funcionava bem na piscina. Um ponto positivo Ć© a piscina a mesma Ć© maravilhosa, parabĆ©ns. No mais recomendo o hotel, pois fica extremamente prĆ³ximo a praia. Vale ressaltar que outras vez que me hospedei neste hotel minha experiĆŖncia foi melhor.

O quarto Ć© bem espaƧoso, a cama Ć© confortĆ”vel, o chuveiro Ć© do tipo elĆ©trico e estava penso (torto) para a parede tive que tomar banho encostado na parede e o registro estava dando choque. VocĆŖs precisam renovar as toalhas de banho. A porta de entrada de vidro tambĆ©m pode ser ajustada, quando vocĆŖ solta a porta ela fecha com muita velocidade, Ć© super perigoso, pode pegar uma crianƧa ou idoso.

O hotel oferece uma boa estrutura. Tudo funcionando bem. Os valores do restaurante sĆ£o bem atrativos. Algo q me incomodou foi a questĆ£o da limpeza. A Ć”gua das duas piscinas nĆ£o estava cristalina e o cheiro de cloro de uma delas tava extremamente forte no inĆ­cio da manhĆ£. Outro coisa foi os funcionĆ”rios fazendo a limpeza da Ć”rea de lazer as 10 da manhĆ£. A limpeza dos quartos feita a tarde, quando deveria ser feita pela manhĆ£ para os hospedes q tĆŖm mais de uma diĆ”ria.
