Estadia maravilhosa, acredito que o quarto que ficamos foi até melhor que o da foto reservado. Muito aconchegante, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, banheiro grande, chuveiro muito bom. A vista panorâmica da janela é lindíssima. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, o café da manhã é bem servido, garagem coberta, pode solicitar Ifood pro jantar. Tudo muito confortável e excelente opção para descansar.

Péssima estadia em apartamento imundo.
Local extremamente sujo e cheio de baratas. O quarto estava mal cuidado e o prédio todo parecia abandonado. No quarto, a sanduicheira estava com restos de pão dentro e pelos cantos do quarto haviam tufos de cabelos. O quarto todo apresentava sinais de falta de manutenção com portas estragadas, inclusive com band aid pra esconder uma rachadura na porta. Dormi porque era apenas uma noite e estava cansado. Não havia outro hotel disponível pela região. Péssima e desagradável experiência. O local parecia mais um cortiço.

The view of the apartment was awesome. However, the apartment itself is not well arranged (toilet and bathroom not connected to sink area). There is a coffee machine with cookies but no coffee cartridge at all. The shower can’t be regulated and looks like 1 star hotel. It could consider better investment for more comfortable showering. There were ants in the apartment, not only on the table at balcony area, but also on the table behind the bed (yes, the ants can access the bed as well). By the way, one lamp over the sink area was broken and it was twinkling all night long (it was not bothering at all, but it’s just for the records). A vista do apartamento é linda, mas é tudo. O apartamento em si não foi bem planejado, na minha opinião. O banheiro e chuveiro não estão na mesma área da pia. Havia formigas no apartamento, não apenas na área da varanda mas também no balcão atrás da cama (sim, as formigas estavam na cama também). A lâmpada acima da pia estava com curto circuito e piscava a noite toda (não incomodava, mas deixo apenas como ponto de atenção).

***ATENÇÃO: Aqui cabe 2 avaliações! Porque? É um flat. --> Sobre o QUARTO: O quarto é incrível, bem decorado, espaçoso, ar-condicionado perfeito, vista linda da praia e rio. A única observação é que no quarto que nos deram, tinha uma adega e não um frigobar, não gela igual, mas foi ok. Resumindo, da porta do quarto pra dentro, tudo perfeito, nota 10. Anfitrião está de parabéns. -> Sobre o CONDOMINIO/FLAT: Péssimo, mal cuidado, café da manhã extremamente fraco (tinha um bolo azedo), pouca reposição, frutas passadas, suco aguado, etc. A piscina na cobertura tem uma vista incrível, mas estava tão suja, mas tão suja, que num deu coragem alguma de entrar (fotos que enviei) Todo o prédio precisa de mais cuidados com manutenção e limpeza.

Frequentemente vou a Recife e tinha curiosidade em me hospedar nesse hotel, fui para um compromisso rápido, apenas um dia, escolhi um apartamento mais completo, a vista realmente não decepcionou, maravilhosa!!! Apartamento amplo, confortável, muito bonito!! Maravilhoso acordar com aquela vista. Tive um contratempo com a Tv, acessei a tv box, após selecionar o filme na netflix dava erro, tentei a tv a cabo dizia que o serviço estava desativado, tentei a tv local, sem sinal. Como já era tarde e já ia embora no dia seguinte não me importei, mas se fosse ficar mais tempo seria um contra tempo. Alguns espaços do hotel parecem abandonados, não está bem cuidado, me parece que como a administração está dividida esta ficando um pouco a desejar. O café da manhã muito fraco, poucas opções, pegamos uma melância que já estava estragada, minha esposa pegou um suco de manga que parecia mais uma água saborizada de tão fraco. Apesar de ser um lindo apartamento, acredito que não será uma opção nas próximas viagens, um pouco distante, dependendo do que vc for fazer em Recife.

Uma boa experiência, quarto aconchegante, uma linda vista. Piscina legal! Atendimento foi um pouco demorado no check-in pois quarto ainda estava sendo higienizado. Algumas instalações nos corredores pro estacionamento precisam de reparos, e tbm faltou papel higiênico no quarto.
