All is set up for an enjoyable, worry free stay
We went as a family where we had different interests in our group such as swimming, night life, and just loafing in the beach, we were all happy with what we got. You can stay near the big pool during the day if you like the noise of organized activities or you can use one of the comfortable palapas if you value a quiet environment. It is all one step from the beach and the bars. Food was not sophisticated but good quality and variation, with restaurants open at all times. Spa had great options and was overall a very good experience. Staff was very helpful an non-intrusive.

A comida era farta e de ótima qualidade. O quarto era amplo e as camas muito confortáveis, porém precisava de manutenção, pois a pia nao fechava totalmente e ficava pingando. A privada é antiga e a descarga não tinha muita força e uma das portas do armário de correr estava fora do trilho.

O ponto alto do resort sem dúvidas são as refeições. A variedade de alimentos é bem grande, todos os dias tem alguma opção diferente, quando acaba um serviço, já começam outro, com isso, temos comida disponível o dia todo. O jardim é lindo, a piscina é bem grande, a recreação que tem ao longo do dia é bem legal, que faz com o que adultos também tenham diversão. A limpeza do quarto é excelente, e a do restante do resort também, até o banheiro da piscina que tem uma rotatividade bem grande de uso é limpo. O resort em si é antigo, porém, é bem cuidado. A academia era bem completa, com ar condicionado e bastante equipamentos. Os únicos pontos negativos na minha opinião foi a cama, era terrível, um colchão super mole, desconfortável, e a conexão de internet, pois trabalhei durante a minha estadia, e foi bem difícil conseguir realizar tarefas simples porque não carregava quase nada. O custo benefício é muito bom, vale cada centavo, já viajei pra outros lugares do Brasil onde gastava o mesmo que paguei na diária, só tendo o café incluso.

A área externa do resort é bem bonita. Ficamos em um quarto no corredor da recepção onde fazia muito eco então fazia bastante barulho de manhã e de noite. As refeições diárias eram muito repetidas. Apenas ao sábado que fizeram o almoço da feijoada com música e comida diferente. Os restaurante lá carte é uma continuação do self service não tem nada de diferente pelo menos não no massa fina.

Boa estrutura mas mal cuidada
A estrutura é muito boa, mas velha e mal cuidada, noto que o elevador ficou 3 ou 4 dias sem funcionar corretamente. O staff não deu explicações sobre o resort e recursos. O quarto é amplo e confortável, mas a limpeza só acontecia cerca de 16 da tarde mesmo o quarto tendo ficado o dia todo vazio e com placa pedindo limpeza. Muitos funcionários não se mostravam alegres em atender, pareciam aborrecidos. Só tem 1 restaurante self service e outro a lá carte que apenas sob reserva, com 7 diárias apenas pude reservar 3 vezes, esse é rotativo e mesmo ficando uma semana não pude ir no português porque não abrem no mesmo dia da semana. Uma boa reforma e treinamento ajudariam e mais funcionários deixaria o local bom, também rever a questão de reservas e abrir vários restaurantes por vez. Em um dia de chuva não tem nada para fazer. A internet é sofrível e a academia antiga.
