Would not stay again. Very dirty feeling and room is in rough shape. Bathroom fan very very loud and you couldn’t turn off. Did not feel safe at all. Breakfast forget it altogether. Way overpriced. Spent a fortune on Ubers to go find a place to eat neighborhood did not feel safe at all.

The room was quite spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and supportive, the breakfast included with the price was wonderful, such a wide selection of food. The only thing disappointing was the location in that it wasn't really close in terms of walking to places I needed to go.

When you pay $250 for an average hotel, it seems insulting to have pay an extra fee for amenities that should be included like WiFi and water. There is not an ice machine in the entire hotel. I was told I could go to the bodega and buy a cup of ice?!? Breakfast was slightly sad - cold oatmeal, with no microwave to reheat. Other hotels do a much better job in that department. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were not cotton, but a synthetic plastic feeling fabric. It’s the closest hotel to the cruise terminal, so it feels like they aren’t even trying, unfortunately.

Was a little hard to get here from the subway, and Ubers mostly didn't want to make the short trip from the hotel to the cruise port, but it was a little far for some to walk dragging luggage. Otherwise decent hotel.

Easy walk to the Carroll Street Subway (10 minute walk), felt safe coming back late at night. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Great communication, quick to reply to email. We arrived 12 hours later than planned.

Modern and comfortable hotel. 10 to 15 minute walk to Carrol Street gardens metro in Brooklyn, which is a lovely area to explore. The bed was very comfortable, quiet area, so had a restful stay. Good range of food items for breakfast.

This is ana azming hotel that is really not great for tramsit or local neighborhood ameneities, but very good with parking and car access, along with much higher quality and more space than you would get from comparable hotels anywhere nearby. I give it a super high value for this reason. As long as you are good with a 10 minwalk to the subway i would say choose this place!
